Every member of the PRISM team has previous experience in the development or design industries. What most distinguishes us is our client-first service mentality, regardless of role or responsibility.

Jing started PRISM in 2005. After 15 years working inside architecture firms, Jing saw the need for a high quality visualization service. Being connected to resources and talents available in China she developed a delivery model to not only produce renderings more efficiently, but also leverage her architectural background in the detailing and quality control of all deliverables.
Jing now oversees all PRISM operations and leads the firm’s strategic planning. She has final accountability for client satisfaction. She maintains close involvement in development and design organizations, to stay on top of trends and how PRISM can benefit clients.
Jing earned her bachelor and master of architecture degrees from Hunan University in China, then relocated to Houston and received a second M. Arch degree from the University of Houston. She went on to Rice University for her Master of Business Administration degree. Before starting PRISM, Jing worked for prominent Houston architecture firms including Irvine Team, Kirksey and Perkins + Will.
Outside the office, Jing stays active with her family, her community, and her faith. She is a member of AIA Houston and Vistage Worldwide, and president of the Overseas China Education Foundation Houston chapter. She has two teenage sons, is an adoptive mom to Max the yellow lab, and devoted wife to her husband (who happens to be an architect).--Close--

In a word, Tracy’s role is ‘efficiency’. In this atypical role, she continuously evaluates our production cycle, working closely with the management and production teams to drive process optimization. She also assists with project management and training the Chinese production team to meet PRISM’s quality standards.
Tracy earned a B.S. in automation engineering, then completed her MBA at Tsinghua University as part of a cooperative program with the MIT Sloan School of Management. She worked in the Chinese graphics industry as a project manager then international marketing director, where she managed PRISM’s Chinese production team. Tracy also worked for Accenture, specializing in performance improvement and change management.
When not working, Tracy enjoys life with her husband and their young daughter. She is a creative cook, more successful at creativity rather than cooking. She loves swimming and dancing with her daughter, and attending football games with her husband. They are proud New England Patriots season ticket holders.--Close--

Assistant Project Manager
Talia supports the rendering development process and assists the internal PRISM team with quality control.
Assistant Project ManagerX
Talia earned a bachelor of architecture degree and worked for five years in Beijing, first working for an architecture firm specializing in residential design, then working for a private real estate developer doing multifamily high-rise projects. In these differing roles, she had the opportunity to fulfill many aspects of project delivery – from land evaluation and permitting, to design, construction administration, and site inspection. Through it all she maintained a love of hand drawing. She still does sketching and has taught workshops on the topic.
Most days Talia stays busy trying to keep up with her toddler. In any spare time she has, Talia loves to cook. She even studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Boston.--Close--
