Project is in preliminary phase with no design sketched out yet
STEP 1:
DESIGN COLLABORATION (1-2 ROUNDS)
Our design consultants will work with the clients to collect ideas and sketch out the concepts for review and confirmation.

MODEL (1-2 ROUNDS)
A simple 3D model of the scene will be built according to your design specifications, several perspectives will be sent for selection.
*1st draft will be ready in 72 hours
- 3D Model (Site, Building and Interior) details
- Preliminary colors and finishes
- View selection
STEP 3:
RENDER (1-2 ROUNDS)
Colors and finishes will be refined using real-world lighting. Details will be added, and a photorealistic preview will be provided.
*Renderings update: 24-48 hours
- Light setting
- Finishes refinement
- Colors adjustment
STEP 4:
FINAL PRODUCTION
Once step 3 has been approved, the finished visualization will be delivered in high resolution.
*Renderings update: 24-48 hours
- Entourage items (sky, people, landscaping, cars, etc.)
- 4K resolution
WITH LIMITED DESIGN
Project is in early design phase, with incomplete design information, i.e. a development project with only site plan but no building elevations, client will provide some references from similar projects or sketches

Our project manager will work with the clients to collect reference images from existing projects.
