In 2022, small businesses accounted for 99.9% of all U.S. businesses. Data from 2019 showed women owned 42% of those businesses, employing 9.4 million people. That’s more than the population of New York City! October was National Women’s Small Business Month, recognizing the contribution women make to the U.S. economy and job force.

PRISM is a proud woman-owned business. Since starting this business in 2005, the plan has been to create a workplace conducive to working moms. Every member of our team is a mother, with kids ranging in age from 2 to 25 years old. PRISM also works with many other female business owners (and moms) who contribute to our collective success. We believe that investing in women is good business!
