Highpark turns one!
A year ago this month, Houston multifamily developer Venterra Realty celebrated the grand opening of HighpWark Apartments in Cypress, TX. This 12.78-acre complex, situated near Bridgeland in northwestern Harris County, marks a significant milestone as Venterra's first ground-up development in Cypress. The area continues to experience explosive growth, making this project particularly noteworthy.
High Park is a garden-style community featuring 336 units in 3-story buildings. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center and yoga studio, co-working facility, and two dog parks. High Park is part of the SMARTCOMMUNITY BY VENTERRA collection, incorporating advanced technology such as touchless SMARTPACKAGE lockers, fiber-powered internet in units, SMARTHOME technology, and Venterra’s trademarked SMARTHUB, offering residents seamless connectivity for all their housing needs. The community’s name reflects its refined aesthetic, representing the elevated (high) and relaxed (park) lifestyle it offers to residents.
PRISM developed a comprehensive suite of interior and exterior renderings from multiple perspectives. Venterra relied on PRISM’s early-phase renderings for architectural guidance, while the final detailed renderings have been pivotal for marketing and leasing activities. “The renderings are a great representation of the look and feel of High Park,” stated Leigh Sublett, Director of Marketing.
