Mill Creek Residential recently acquired 16 acres near the burgeoning Beltway 8/Highway 288 intersection for its newest apartment community in the Houston area, Modera Cottingham. The sprawling three-story community will feature 360 contemporary apartment homes contained in 11 buildings, and an expansive clubhouse.

Modera Cottingham is situated just north of Beltway 8 and east of Highway 288. The location provides easy access to the Texas Medical Center, Hobby Airport and Pearland’s newest business districts – Lower Kirby and the South Belt Central Business Park. Modera Cottingham will provide a desirable housing option for the rapidly growing employment base in and around Pearland.
