May Founder's Message
Congratulations to our Vice President of Operations, Sarah Amos, on her 10th work anniversary! I'm thrilled to announce that she has been promoted to President for PRISM Renderings. Sarah and I share a special bond that goes beyond our professional relationship. We are not just colleagues but Sisters in Christ and dear friends. Our journey started long before she joined our team when we met at a Bible study class in our church. What drew me to Sarah was her genuine, nature, integrity, and honesty. She is one of the kindest and most humble people I know, and I'm grateful to have her as a friend and a colleague.
Ten years ago, I was so thankful she agreed to join me in starting a new trajectory after a commercial real estate property management career. It has been beautiful to watch her grow from an administrative role into a leadership position over the past decade. She has managed our daily operations as our EOS integrator and significantly contributed to many key client relationships. Her responsibilities "in" our business operations have allowed me to focus "on" our business—strategic planning, business development, and mentoring.
I am deeply grateful for Sarah's steadfast loyalty to our team and clients. Her commitment and dedication have been critical to our success, and I have complete confidence in her ability to excel in this new role. As Founder and CEO, I'm excited to continue working closely with her to grow our team and services further.
