October Founder's Message
This month our leadership team held an exciting Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) quarterly meeting to mark our 19-year journey. We had a lively discussion about our current status and set new rocks (the EOS term for critical priorities) for the next quarter and year. It’s incredible to reflect on how far we’ve come!
When I started this business, it was a lifestyle choice that allowed me to balance my role as a mother to two young sons while leveraging my education and experience. Today, I’m blessed to lead a team that is committed and strategic in shaping our future. Implementing EOS has been a game changer for us, helping to guide both our short-term operations and long-term growth. The difference between now and those early days is humbling and inspiring.
To top it off, my fantastic team surprised me with a heartfelt video sharing their experiences and appreciation for being part of this journey. I was again deeply touched and reminded of how fortunate I am to work with such talented, dedicated people who strive for excellence for our clients and each other. As the powerhouse business woman Mary Kay Ash said, "A company is only as good as the people it keeps." The PRISM team exemplifies this truth.
