Relying on their data science methodology for property acquisition, developer Pagewood snapped up an unlikely 4.5 acre business park in the Memorial City submarket of west Houston. Leasing is underway for the few remaining commercial suites at the renamed Georgibelle Business Park. There are nine buildings that total 102,600 s.f. and have speculative office and warehouse spaces ranging from 500 to 5,000 s.f. Pagewood is giving the whole park a facelift; improvements include roof repairs at all nine buildings, upgraded entry facades, spec finishes and lighting, and enhanced landscaping across the site. PRISM produced exterior and aerial view renderings for Pagewood’s marketing initiatives.

Looking at recent and planned development around Georgibelle Business Park, Pagewood clearly sees plenty of opportunity for growth. The site is 1/2 mile from Memorial City’s northern mixed-use development with the bustling Kirby Ice House. Memorial City owner MetroNational is also moving ahead on Memorial Town Square, a 27-acre mixed use development at Memorial City Mall where Sears formerly stood. Pagewood is nearing completion on their first project, The Quad at Brittmoore, located two miles west of Georgibelle Business Park. There, the company converted four small warehouses into collaborative workspaces. It’s also home to their headquarters.
