This month we are also celebrating Lily’s 5-year anniversary with PRISM! She immersed herself in project management and quickly became an indispensable part of the team. Clients rely on her steady leadership. And we look to her to keep all our projects on track. Thank you, Lily, and cheers to you!
CREW Houston kicked off their 2024 programming with an insightful presentation by Adriana Cruz, the Exec. Director of the Texas Economic Development & Tourism Office. Jing, Deborah, and Sarah attended and left buoyant from the blockbuster stats Adriana shared. Did you know Texas is the 8th largest economy in the world?
Jing and Deborah also attended the annual CoreNet Houston Economic Outlook luncheon with speaker Patrick Jankowski, Chief Economist at Greater Houston Partnership. Of the many insights he shared about 2024, here are key takeaways – growth will be slow and steady and diversity across sectors will reign.
During 2023, PRISM made further strides to improve our operational processes and project delivery efficiency. Our new client portal and enhanced user experience resulted in high marks for client satisfaction. We also expanded our geographic reach and diversified our project portfolio, two main goals we had set for the year. Clients brought us some unique projects this year including a recording studio, a solar farm, and customizable luxury garage suites! The passion our clients have for their work is palpable and makes our work even more enjoyable.
In 2023, despite facing market fluctuations and regulatory challenges in the AE industry and commercial real estate market, we successfully navigated these waters thanks to our dedicated team and loyal clients. We recruited new talent, embraced new technologies (especially the new client portal and the Generative AI platforms), expanded our clientele and services, and set new benchmarks in client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
December is a festive month for many religions around the world, each with unique traditions and celebrations. A commonality among them is people coming together for fellowship and shared experience. Sacred spaces offer religious groups a haven for reflection, connection, and renewed commitment to their faith. Such spaces are often a respite during an otherwise hectic time of the year. PRISM has worked with clients to visualize sacred spaces around the United States.
As we approach the end of another remarkable year at PRISM Renderings, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. This year has been a journey of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
Jing and Deborah joined the packed house at Bisnow’s Women Leading on Finance “Leaning Into Relationship Building” event. The panelists shared their journeys into commercial real estate financing in Houston’s uber-competitive and male-dominated industry.
Deborah took to the CREMM red carpet in her best Roaring 20s attire for the most dapper event of the holiday season. What a memorable night at the Haworth Showroom visiting with commercial real estate industry friends. It was the bee’s knees!
Despite the recent darkness, the light of Christ is still visible. Jing and husband Warren, faithful members of Second Baptist Church, recently attended the congregational Angel of Light event. Volunteers gathered to serve warm meals and provide gifts to 6,700+ people. It was a shining example of the true meaning of Christmas. The heavens declare the glory of God!
